To create awareness for its ‘Fight Cervical Cancer In Style’ campaign, GlaxoSmithKline, in association with Jo’s Trust, sought credible Ambassadors that young women would readily identify with and listen to. Fortunately they discovered passionate supporters in the Sugababes, one of the most successful and enduring female acts of the 21st century. The group had performed at Jade Goody’s wedding and felt personally committed to help highlight the simple steps women need take to reduce their risk. Aside from an exclusive photo-shoot and press day, the girls headlined a fundraising concert in Central London with an impressive line-up including Pixie Lott, La Roux and Paloma Faith.
